Inaugurated about 20 years ago, Funchal Marina sits in a abridged area inside the main Madeira harbour, 530 nautical miles from Lisbon and 36 nautical miles from Porto Santo.
Beyond its 210 places for yachts, this infrastructure also has an attractions area destined to cruise ships and nautical/touristic activities. The Marina has multiple services like Coast Guard, refueling area, water, electricity and showers, supermarkets, restaurants… you name it!

I am so sad to see this devestation to the island. I have holidayed here several times. I hope you get things back to normal as soon as possible.
Terrible pictures and videos and our sympathy goes out to the people who lost a relative in these floods,we saw the mud and water in Funchal on the news,, we loved your beautiful island when we visted it and we will be back again… Sure you will overcome this tradgey and get back to normal
Maderia is such a beautiful island and still is,
hope it gets back to normal soon. Being from the Azores now living in California all the islands have a special place in my heart.
